Kitchen and bathroom designs and installations in Brentwood

Homes in Brentwood

Brentwood is a commuter town with a mix of Victorian and Edwardian houses, 1930s housing and larger detached homes on bigger plots. Many properties have been extended, so kitchens often link to dining and living areas.

What we think about for Brentwood homes

• Extended homes often have a kitchen that needs to work as part of a larger, open space, so lighting, worktop layout and storage are planned together.
• In bigger family houses, more than one bathroom may need updating, and it helps to plan them as a set.
• Where a property has been extended over the years, it is worth checking pipe runs and services before fixing the final layout.
